Residence Halls

About 40% of Purdue’s 43,000 students reside in the University’s 16 undergraduate residence halls. Twelve of the halls are co-ed; Windsor Hall and Meredith Hall are for female students only; and Cary Quadrangle and Tarkington Hall are the male only housing options.

Living quarters include single, double, suite and apartment-style arrangements. The majority of the halls reside on the west side of campus. See map.

 

Amenities include:

o Utilities – All utilities included in rates
o Cable – Cable television including a movie channel in each room
o Computing – Students stay connected with ResNet, an on-campus network
o Laundry – Facilities are available in each hall
o US Postal Service – Delivery and pick up at each hall
o City Bus Access – Free for all residents
o Study Lounge – Group or individual area for studying
