Marriott Hall (MRRT)
The Hospitality and Tourism Management program resides in Marriott Hall, which includes teaching restaurants, a kitchen demonstration classroom, food laboratories and reception area for special events. The program recently earned a #1 ranking and has historically ranked among the top five in the nation.
The John Purdue Room Bistro and the HTM Cafe, located inside, are part restaurant, part classroom - environments where students can get hands-on experience that will be invaluable to them in their future careers. Both are open to the public.
